The only thing we didn’t like was that it was thin, and while comfortable, won’t provide much warmth.

It’s perfect for protecting your bed and your furniture from accidents. One side features a soft flannel fabric, while the other is Sherpa. It also comes in several sizes to match any décor.

The downside to this dog blanket is that it is expensive, and one of our blankets lost its waterproofing after a few washes.

The Comsmart Warm Dog Blanket is a brand of dog blankets that come in a pack of six. The six blankets come in several different colors and feature a pawprint pattern. They are quite soft and feature double-sided fleece.

While we used these blankets, we found them to be thin and small. It’s hard not to think of them as a soft hand towel. They are the right size for puppies, small dogs, and cats, but not for anything bigger.

The Luciphia Fleece Pet Blanket is a brand of dog blankets that come in several sizes. The smaller sizes are three packs, while the larger sizes are singles. These blankets are soft and machine washable.

We found the blankets to be too thin to be used as blankets. The stitching around the edges was poor quality, and they proved they were not very durable by falling apart after a few washes. The pattern is also only on one side, so you find yourself fixing it often.

What we didn’t like about this brand is that its actually two pieces of fabric sewn together. The stitching is only around the edges, and there is no stitching in the center to hold them in place. This approach means that the blanket doesn’t keep its shape and always appears messy. The inside of the two fabrics is where the waterproofing is, which makes them extremely slippery.  This slippery fabric contributes to the messy appearance and causes the blanked to bunch and slide while the dog s using it.

The Friends Forever PET63-0020 Dog Blanket features a 100% polyester micro plush fabric that is very soft to the touch. The material is also shed-resistant, and won’t leave little hairs on your sofa and floor.

We found that it does a pretty good job of staying on the couch and doesn’t slide around as many of the other brands on this list, but it is not waterproof, and fluids can pass right through it. It’s also not very absorbent. The biggest problem we had with it, though, is that it tears very easily. We have several that all have holes in them.

The Petsure Pet Blanket is the last model on our list. This brand comes in a two-pack of reversible, double-sided microfiber flannel blankets. They are very soft to the touch and are machine washable.

While we reviewed these blankets, we found them to be extremely lightweight and not very warm. The thin blankets are easily torn, even with light-duty use, and they are also prone to shedding the microfibers. They are also not waterproof, and one of the two blankets frayed around the edges.

Let’s look at the most important things to consider when choosing a dog blanket for your pet.

Size
